Original SPDX headers and author comments are preserved. Complete license texts are in `LICENSES/`. The combined factory includes AGPL code; MIT notices for its constituent files remain applicable.

CREATE3 retains its author references to Solmate and 0xSequence. Third-party code is not attributed to Bazarr.

The OpenZeppelin license text was checked against [upstream tag v4.9.6](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts/v4.9.6/LICENSE); the installed npm package did not include a root LICENSE file. Other license texts were copied from the local packages. Solc and `quais` 1.0.0-alpha.36 are build and verification tools installed separately through npm; their code is not included in this release archive. `quais` is MIT-licensed, and package license files are retained when npm installs these tools.
